At Solacorner.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before returning an item or initiating a payment dispute. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear supporting photos when applicable.
Once your request has been reviewed, our customer support team will provide the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or authorized return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may also affect your eligibility for a refund through our standard resolution process.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
✓ The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.
✓ The return must be approved by our customer support team before shipment.
✓ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

How to Request a Return

Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our customer support team.

Once approved, ship the item to the address provided. Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, the approved refund will be issued within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
